We are currently looking for a motivated SousChef or Chef de Partie to join a reputable, respected team. Responsibilities includes maintaining quality goals, ensuring efficient restaurant operations, as well as maintaining high quality customer service standards.
Responsibilities:
Aid the team to provide an exceptional guest experience
Maintain a positive working environment
Assist on themed evenings including produce & wine supplier degustation evenings & food festivals.
Review & manage stock levels & maintain adequate supplies & be aware of minimising waste
Uphold OH&S; requirements
Requirements:
Working experience as a Sous or Chef de Partie for a minimum of 1 year.
Demonstrate experience in a calm & open manner
Extensive food & beverage knowledge
Proficiency in English
Strong motivational & people skills
