An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Business Manager to lead the operations of a well-established business services organisation. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will have full accountability for the business's performance, leading a diverse team across Operations, Field Service, Internal Sales, and Field Sales.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can balance strategic thinking with operational excellence. You will be responsible for driving profitability, developing high-performing teams, improving business processes and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring high levels of service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Take full ownership of the business P&L;, budgets, forecasting and financial performance.
- Develop and execute business strategies that drive sustainable growth and profitability.
- Lead, coach and mentor managers and staff across Operations, Field Service, Internal Sales and Field Sales.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, systems and operational efficiencies.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace health and safety requirements and industry standards.
