The Opportunity
We are working with one of Sydney’s most established builder developers who have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential projects across Sydney.
Due to continued growth and a significant pipeline of upcoming developments, they are looking to add an experienced Site Foreman to their delivery team on a major residential project in Sydney’s southern suburbs.
This is a genuine long-term prospect, not just a project hire. With multiple high-end residential developments planned across Sydney, there is a clear pathway for someone looking to build a career with a business that continues to grow.
The Role
Working closely with an experienced Site Manager and wider project team, you will help drive the day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and managing subcontractors on site
- Driving daily site activities and short-term programming
- Maintaining high standards around quality and finishes
- Assisting with inspections, defects and handovers
- Ensuring WHS standards are maintained
- Working closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager and wider delivery team
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience as a Foreman, Supervisor or Leading Hand within residential construction
- A strong trade background
- Exposure to apartment, mixed-use or high-density residential projects
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with trades
- A proactive attitude and genuine pride in delivering quality projects
