What We're Looking For

We're searching for educators who are:

- Experienced Early Childhood Teacher: You bring at least 1 year of experience as an Early Childhood Teacher.
- Passionate and Purpose-Driven: You're committed to shaping young minds and nurturing lifelong learners.
- Collaborative Leaders: You thrive in a team environment, sharing ideas and working together to deliver high-quality early education.
- Sound in EYLF & NQS: You have a strong grasp of early childhood frameworks, documentation, and best practice.
- Exceptional Communicators: You build strong connections through clear, professional,



and compassionate communication with children, families, and peers.

Your Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will:

- Design and implement engaging learning experiences that inspire curiosity and growth.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with families and the wider community.
- Critically reflect and innovate to enhance our programs, environments, and teaching practices.
- Champion child safety by embedding the Child Safe Standards into everyday practice and modelling a culture of respect, empowerment, and accountability.

Your Qualifications

- Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Valid Working With Children CheckProven experience leading play-based early childhood programsMinimum 1 year experience as an Early Childhood Teacher
