Wealthfolio is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated, detail-driven Broker Associate to join our award-winning team in Maroochydore.
This role is ideal for a Credit Analyst, Loan Processor, Banker or Junior Broker who loves working through the numbers, thinking strategically about lending structures, and taking ownership of deals from start to finish.

At Wealthfolio, you won’t just process deals - you’ll learn how to structure them strategically.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll sit at the centre of the loan process, supporting our brokers while developing and structuring your skills.
- Review client financials and calculate borrowing capacity
- Structure residential and investment lending scenarios
- Prepare finance recommendations for broker review
- Conduct pre-submission checks and ensure compliance (NCCP & BID)
- Liaise with lenders, clients, conveyancers and referral partners
- Monitor files from application through to settlementMaintain accurate and detailed file notes
This is a hands-on, high-impact role with genuine career progression.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 years experience in broker support, loan processing, credit analysis or banking
- Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willing to complete)
- Strong understanding of lender policy and residential lending
- Experience calculating serviceability and structuring deals
- High attention to detail and robust compliance awareness
- Confidence speaking with clients and lendersA proactive, team-first mindset
