Experienced Mechanic Woy Woy – Salary Position Plus Bonus

Express Lube is growing, and we’re looking for a full-time, qualified motor mechanic to join the crew at our Woy Woy Workshop.

We’re a service-focused company but we also take on mechanical repairs, brakes, suspension and general repairs. We take pride in doing things properly, running an organised workshop, and still enjoying a bit of banter along the way.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working alongside an experienced team

Following clear systems, procedures and quality control

Being part of a team that backs each other

Detecting and diagnosing faults in engines and mechanical components

Dismantling and removing engine assemblies, transmissions, steering systems and related components for inspection

Repairing and replacing worn or defective parts, and reassembling mechanical components

Performing scheduled maintenance services, including oil changes, lubrication, and engine tune-ups to ensure optimal vehicle performance and compliance with emission standards





Reassembling engines and vehicle components following repair work

Testing and adjusting mechanical parts to ensure proper performance and reliability

Diagnosing and testing vehicle systems using diagnostic equipment and computer-based tools

Inspecting vehicles and identifying any work required to meet roadworthiness standards

Someone who is:

Qualified and confident in their trade

Takes pride in clean, quality workmanship

Reliable and consistent

Comfortable working toward team targets

Able to have a laugh but still get the job done
