Forklift Operator Needed in Eagle Farm, Pinkenba and Banyo QLD

Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators for one of Australia's largest manufacturers, with roles available across Eagle Farm, Pinkenba, and Banyo, QLD. These positions provide excellent hours on an attractive rate and an opportunity to work within a well‑established team with potential growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Outbound operations: loading trucks, consolidating customer orders, and preparing dispatch loads
- Moving plumbing and mining products throughout the warehouse using forklifts (including high‑reach, approx. 30% of the role)
- Pick and pack using RF scanners, receiving, putaways, and stock movement
- Building and staging pallets correctly (heavier items at the bottom), wrapping pallets when required
- Handling large, heavy, and irregularly shaped (“ugly bulk”) items
- Supporting production areas with concrete/polymer concrete products, steel reinforcement
- Manual handling, quality checks, and meeting production targets
- Operating safely around forklifts, overhead cranes, and moving stock in a fast‑paced environment

Successful applicants will have:





- Minimum 2 years forklift experience and previous truck loading experience
- FMCG or industrial picking experience (highly desired)
- Current driver’s licence, forklift licence, and reliable transportation
- Strong awareness of warehouse safety and ability to work efficiently around people and equipment
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual handling tasks
- Can‑do attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently and in a team
