Monadelphous is currently seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our Newcastle Operations team on a permanent basis.

The role of Supervisor will see you working on one of our major sites in Newcastle.

Key Responsibilities will include:

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of crews.
- Ensure compliance with Monadelphous, client, and legislative HSE requirements.
- Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of shutdown tasks.
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and environmental performance.
- Lead by example and foster a positive team culture.

What you will bring:

- Welding Supervisor Certificate No.10 AS 1796-2001 (highly regarded)
- 3 years minimum experience as a site-based supervisor.
- Must hold Australian recognised Metal Trades Qualification
- Fixed Plant and shutdown experience preferred.
- The drive to get hands on and lead by example.
- Strong ability to manage time to achieve tight deadlines.
- Experience in effective planning, scheduling, budgets, variations, management of personnel, resources and equipment to meet Project requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
