Job Description

- Manage end-to-end sourcing activities to support procurement needs.
- Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to achieve cost-effective outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address supply chain requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns.
- Prepare and present reports on sourcing and contract management activities.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

The Successful Applicant





A successful Sourcing Specialist should have:

- Experience in procurement and supply chain management within the healthcare industry.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement and contract management software.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
