Wise Group is seeking motivated, curious and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Investigative Support Officers.

We are open to either full-time or part-time arrangements depending on the candidate.

This role is ideally suited to university students looking to gain practical industry experience while studying, as well as recent graduates seeking to start their career in investigations, intelligence, risk and related fields.

Working alongside experienced professionals, you will assist with research, investigations, intelligence gathering, information analysis and operational support activities across a broad range of services and client engagements.

You will receive comprehensive training and mentoring, making this an excellent prospect for individuals interested in building a career in investigations, intelligence, risk management, compliance, law, professional services or related fields.

No prior industry experience is required. We are looking for people with strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a genuine willingness to learn.

What You Will Do

Conduct research and information gathering activities

Assist with investigative and intelligence-based enquiries

Analyse information and identify relevant findings

Verify and update information across multiple systems and databases

Prepare reports, correspondence and case documentation

Maintain accurate records and file notes

Support operational teams across a range of projects and assignments

Assist with compliance and quality assurance activities

Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders

Learn investigative methodologies, industry practices and regulatory requirements

Contribute to process improvement initiatives

Genuine interest in investigations, intelligence, law, risk, compliance or related fields

We encourage applications from students currently studying or recent graduates in Law, Criminology, Criminal Justice, Policing and Security Studies, Intelligence and Counter Terrorism, Cyber Security, Psychology, Business, Commerce or related disciplines

No previous industry experience is required. Comprehensive training will be provided.
