We’re on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused Casual Retail Assistant to join our team at Clarks Penrith.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable in-store experiences
- Fitting customers with the right footwear and offering product recommendations
- Driving sales through confident product knowledge and add-on selling
- Maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Supporting the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets
What we’re looking for:
- A positive, energetic attitude and solid communication skills
- Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
- Confidence in approaching customers and building rapport
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Flexible availability, including weekends and late trade
