We are seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Gardener/Landscaper to join our small but busy maintenance team at our beautiful Resort.

Reporting directly to the Head Gardener, you will play a key role in maintaining the resort's landscaped gardens, lawns and grounds to the high standards expected of a 4.5-star resort. This is a hands on position suited to someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors and has a strong eye for detail.

Full-Time Gardener/Landscaper

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Gardener/Landscaper to join our beautiful Resort.

Reporting directly to the Head Gardener, you will play a key role in maintaining the resort's landscaped gardens, lawns and grounds to the high standards expected of a 4.5-star resort. This is a hands on position suited to someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors and has a strong eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Maintaining lawns, gardens, garden beds and landscaped areas to an exceptional standard.

- Caring for indoor and outdoor plants throughout the resort.

- Maintaining and assisting with repairs to irrigation systems.

- Collecting, disposing of and recycling green waste.

- Ensuring all gardening equipment is operated safely, maintained correctly and stored appropriately.





- Reporting faulty equipment or maintenance issues promptly to the Head Gardener or Maintenance Manager.

- Working closely with the Maintenance Team to ensure the resort grounds remain immaculate for our guests.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial gardening, landscaping or grounds maintenance.

- Unlimited working rights in Australia.

- The ability to work flexible hours, including early morning starts.

- Sound knowledge of irrigation systems, garden maintenance and horticultural practices.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across the resort.

- A positive, reliable and proactive attitude with pride in delivering high‑quality work.

- A current driver's licence (preferred).
