Key Responsibilities
- Core Duties: Disburse loans, manage accounts payable and receivable, with absolute accuracy.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Assist the Finance Manager with end-of-month pressures as they arise, and higher-level financial reporting and analysis as you grow into the role.

- Keen Eye for Detail: You catch the errors others miss and find satisfaction in balancing numbers perfectly.
- Fast Learner: You absorb new systems and processes quickly.
- Resilient Mindset: You are comfortable managing routine and everyday tasks, viewing them as critical to the business.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Xero and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years in a finance, bookkeeping, or accounts administration role preferred.
