Customer Service / Pharmacy Admin and Dispensary Support Full Time position for our Online Pharmacy.

Overview

We're seeking a friendly and efficientCustomer Service / Pharmacy Admin Supportteam member to support patients and customers with inquiries, phone orders, and guidance on using ourwebsite and mobile app

Key Responsibilities

Answer customer enquiries via phonein a professional and empathetic manner

Take and process dispensary pharmacy orders over the phone





Guide patientson how to use our website and mobile app (navigation, ordering steps, account access, etc.)

Look up information while speaking to customersto provide accurate responses quickly

Support daily office operations in afast-paced environment, meeting deadlines as required

Skills & Requirements

Solid communication skills and a patient-first attitude

Ability to be able to stay composed and reassure customers

Ability tocommunicate clearlywith customers whileusing systems to look up information simultaneously

Comfortable working in afast-paced officewithdeadlines

Excellent attention to detail and reliability

Must be familiar with the use of a computer (you will be trained on the in-house programs)
Must be able to use a double-screen setup.

Position located in Molendinar and will be full-time, 8 am – 4 pm, Monday to Friday.
