We are seeking an organised, motivated and enthusiastic Production Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team, dedicated to achieving the highest levels of quality and service.
About the Role
This role is primarily focused on production data entry and administrative support, with some warehouse and pick packing responsibilities. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring accurate information flow within our production and warehouse operations.
Candidates must have 1-2 years of relevant experience in a production assistant or similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting general production administration tasks
- Pick packing and warehouse duties
- Receiving and checking incoming stock
- Assisting with stock control and inventory accuracy
- Maintaining housekeeping and a safe work environment
About You
You will be reliable, detail-oriented and eager to contribute to a positive team environment.
Key Requirements:
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Physically fit with the ability to safely perform manual handling tasks
- Intermediate oral and written communication skills (ability to read and follow procedures)
- Must be an Australian permanent resident with full working rights
- Availability to work standard business hours on a full time basis
- Access to AWS's EAP (Employee Assistance Program)
