Aruma is seeking committed Support Workers to provide person-centred support for people with disabilities and young individuals. You will work across a 24/7 roster, including sleeps, nights, weekends and public holidays, to help with daily living, mobility and community participation.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement tailored plans and advocate for rights, promoting independence in a safe, trauma-informed workplace for young people with complex needs.
