Your Duties and Responsibilities:

- Greeting customers, both in person and by phone
- Processing repair orders and cash sales reports




- Updating Dealer Management Systems and communicating with internal stakeholders to ensure all information is being passed on
- Updating customers in person, by phone, sms and by email on the progress of their vehicles servicing or repair
- Providing customers with a detailed report on work performed
- You will become a key contact with our customers and will be responsible for ensuring that they are kept well informed during every stage of the servicing and repair process. We are looking for the right person to join our team and deliver the highest of standards in customer satisfaction. To be a front-line member, you must be professionally minded, provide a well-presented appearance, and have an outgoing positive attitude with a high focus on customer satisfaction.

Currently employing over 275 people, we operate four dealerships across Brisbane with a comprehensive focus on all aspects of truck sales, vehicle fabrication & manufacture, parts, service, maintenance, and heavy repair.

The company is offering full time employment, Monday to Friday, with some half days Saturday on rotation.
