We are an expanding company who builds new homes.We are looking for a full-time site supervisor to supervise our recent houses and work alongside the great team we have at Dream Scope Homes.

Managing multiple green field new home builds at varying stages

Coordinate and liaise withcontractors, suppliers, and clients

Ensuring projects run to schedule

Ensure work undertaken by contractors is completed in accordance with correctbuildingpractices and procedures and adhered to at all times

- Work vehicle provided, toll tag and fuel card provided

Other pre-qualifications will include:

Have the ability to problem solve and be thorough with all tasks

A passion for building supervision

Drivers license

Strong communication andmanagement skills.

Maintainingrelationshipswith clients and sub-contractors.

Ensurequality controlstandards of work at all times

Ensure the dwellings are built in accordance with the plans, specifications tender, and approval conditions

High-level organisation and attention to detail

The ability to manage projects on time and to budget whilst maintaining quality
