We currently have secure casual positions available for Medium Rigid (MR) Drivers - based out of our Rosehill Food Service distribution facility in Sydney.

We are looking for professional, experienced MR Drivers with a good driving record to perform multi-drop delivery of milk, dairy and food service products to Cafe's, Restaurants, Clubs and our industrial customers. The successful applicants will be required to work the night shift - Sunday to Thursday, 9pm to 5am. With our strong customer service focus, Friday overtime shift opportunities are regularly available.

These are secure positions working with an experienced and friendly team, in a busy and dynamic Food Service environment.

Key Requirements/Skills

Must hold a valid MR (or higher heavy vehicle) Driver's licence;

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions closely;

Be highly focused on safety, quality,



hygiene, delivery and efficiency;

Good customer service and effective communication skills;

Trouble shooting skills and high degree of initiative;

Familiarity with COR (Transport Chain of Responsibility) principles;

Flexibility to work shift work, including some occasional weekend work;

Ability to work overtime;

Ability to work unsupervised, and also as part of a team; and

Physical capability to undertake multiple drop deliveries.

Responsibilities are varied and include:

Detailed inventory control;

Picking orders during the delivery route;

Chain of Responsibility and Load restraint;

Quality, safety and hygiene control;

Manual handling/ trolleying of product; and

Monitoring and reducing waste.
