What you will be doing:

- Lead the development and continuous improvement of quality systems and processes across a multi-site operation
- Ensure product quality and compliance through robust inspection, auditing, and quality assurance practices
- Investigate quality incidents and customer claims, driving effective corrective actions and long-term process improvements
- Collaborate with Operations and Trading teams to enhance product consistency, reliability, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and report on quality performance metrics, using data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers to resolve quality issues and maintain product standards
- Coach and support leaders and frontline teams, fostering a proactive culture of quality and continuous improvement
