About the Role
As our Assistant Centre Manager, you will be an inspiring and knowledgeable leader who thrives in the highly regulated early years environment.
Working closely with the Centre Manager, you will:
Support the day-to-day operations of the service in line with company policies, National Law and Regulations
Provide leadership, mentoring and support to a team of educators
Model compliance and professional practice aligned with the EYLF and NQS
Build positive relationships with children, families and the wider community
Support quality improvement practices and continuous improvement initiatives
Contribute to the development of our Nature Play and Bush Kindy programs
Foster a positive team culture built on collaboration and accountability

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Current Blue Card
Current Child Protection Certificate
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
Leadership experience and/or leadership training (not necessarily within Early Childhood – leadership experience in personal or community settings will be highly regarded)
Experience with administration tasks
Competency using Microsoft Office
Experience using CRM programs (Kidsoft experience highly regarded)
Highly organised with strong time management skills
Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Proven ability to lead, mentor and motivate a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confidence liaising with families, educators and senior management
