KOALA KOAST Industries is currently looking to expand our team and we're seeking suitable candidates for Cabinet Making Apprenticeship positions at our manufacturing facility in Bundamba.
We're a well-established, family-owned cabinetry manufacturer supplying kitchens, bathrooms, laundries and custom cabinetry to many of South East Queensland's leading residential builders.
While experience is always appreciated, our priority is finding people with the right attitude. We value applicants who are reliable, physically fit, eager to learn, take pride in their work and are looking to build a long-term career in the cabinetmaking and manufacturing industry.
Working with qualified and skilled cabinet makers, you will be taught all areas of factory and on-site methods to develop into a skilled and qualified cabinet maker.
As an apprentice your duties will include:
- Working with machinery
- Maintaining the workshop in a clean and protected manner.
To be successful you must have the following:
- Are reliable and punctual.
- Enjoy hands-on work.
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Work well within a team.
- Are willing to learn and develop new skills.
- Hold a current driver's licence or are close to obtaining one.
To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.
