Think Renewable is an Australian-owned leader in solar and battery solutions, helping households and businesses switch to sustainable, affordable energy. As we grow across Australia and internationally, we're looking for a passionate, organised Sales Support Administrator to join our Sydney team.

This role starts as casual, with a transparent path to full-time for the right person based on performance. If you're motivated, customer-focused, and keen to grow with a fast-paced business, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

You'll support our sales, admin, and operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience, including:

Confirmation & Coordination

- Making outbound confirmation calls to customers regarding upcoming solar assessments
- Verifying customer details and confirming availability ahead of each assessment
- Coordinating design consultants and assigning them to assessments based on availability
- Acting as a key point of contact to keep assessments and schedules running smoothly
- Supporting Business Development Representatives (BDRs) with lead follow-up and admin tasks




- Managing and updating CRM records (Zoho experience a bonus, not essential)
- Handling outbound customer communications via phone and email
- Liaising with consultants to keep lead tracking and follow-up accurate
- Helping refine internal processes to boost customer retention and satisfaction

About You

- Customer-focused — confident on the phone and genuinely enjoy helping people
- Detail-oriented — comfortable managing schedules and keeping CRM records accurate
- Sales-savvy — previous experience in sales support, admin, or customer service is highly regarded (not required)
- Motivated and energetic — you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy team
- A team player — happy collaborating across teams and locations

$34–$38/hour casual rate, based on experience
