Plan, Design and support scalable PARCS network and system architectures, ensuring seamless integration of hardware, software, and central management platforms.

- Configure and optimize servers, databases, operating systems, and application environments that support real-time parking transactions, revenue processing, and enforcement operations.
- Conduct infrastructure assessments to identify performance bottlenecks, communication failures, and security vulnerabilities within parking networks, implementing corrective and preventive solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve complex system, network,



and device-level issues affecting gates, pay stations, ANPR systems, and backend revenue platforms, ensuring minimal service disruption.
- Monitor and optimize network performance, system availability, and real time data processing to ensure reliable operation of parking access, revenue control and parking access.
- Develop and maintain detailed system architecture documentation, configuration records, and technical procedures specific to PARCS network and system.
- Provide advanced technical guidance and support during site deployments, upgrades, and critical incidents, ensuring business continuity across all managed parking facilities

Key Requirements:

- More than 2 years of experience in the related field
- Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good knowledge on networking protocols
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft, AWS) highly regarded
- Experience in Multipark Web Service with Minimum 5 years experience
