We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Rostering Officer to join our team, on a full-time basis.

As part of our team, you play a critical role in the rostering function, working diligently to ensure the effective and responsive allocation of resources that meet the diverse service needs of participants,their families, Support Workers, and other Team members regarding any changes in roster or support arrangements.

You will be a great fit if you have:

- Coordinate shift coverage, including managing last-minute changes in staff availability and unplanned absences.
- Monitor roster gaps and proactively source appropriate coverage to maintain service continuity
- Communicate roster updates clearly and in a timely manner with service delivery teams and stakeholders
- Ensure all rosters comply with the SCHADS Award, organisational policies, and procedures, with accurate record-keeping and audit trails




- Current Positive Blue Card and NDIS Card - or eligible to obtain.
- Experience with rostering software systems (e.g. ShiftCare)
- Robust numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
- A flexible and adaptable approach, with he ability to remain calm under pressure.
