About the role:

In this role, you will be an integral part of our busy recruitment team, while working with our Operations Manager to source candidates and provide great service to clients and candidates.

Key to your success will be your resilience, self-motivation and desire to achieve, along with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver results.

Role Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment activities including advertising, screening, interviewing, reference checking, compliances, on-boarding and candidate management.
- Maintaining and building strong candidate talent pools.
- Conducting on-site activities such as inductions, toolbox talks and job safety analysis.




- Building and maintaining professional relationships with client and candidates through regular communication and site visits.
- Assisting with business development and identifying new client opportunities.
- WHS responsibilities including site safety audits, and adherence to Trojan policies and procedures.

Skills and Experience:

- To be successful in this role, you will ideally have previous recruitment experience within either an agency or internal recruitment environment, along with exposure to warehousing, logistics or industrial operations.
- Ability to multi-task, work to tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a methodical and organised approach to work
- Sound understanding of warehouse or chain supply operations
- A passion for building relationships and delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people from casual employees through to senior management and CEOs
- Excellent administration skills, high level computer literacy and professional written communication skills.
- Strong recruitment and candidate management capability
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for work-related travel.
