An exciting opportunity has become available for a Medical Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team at Precision Imaging Partners. We are looking for candidates to work at our Merrylands practice. This is a full-time role that will allow you to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in delivering exceptional service. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic clinical setting.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing outstanding service both on the phone and in person when greeting patients.
- Managing patient bookings efficiently and ensuring smooth patient flow.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.
- Multitasking and problem-solving in a fast-paced workplace.
- Communicating clearly and professionally with patients, referrers, and clinical staff.
- Supporting the clinical team with general administrative tasks as required.
