Description
- Partner with Operations, Workforce Planning and Finance teams to deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Provide insightful analysis of financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
- Support forecasting, budgeting and labour planning processes across multiple cost centres.
- Deliver cost-to-serve and productivity analysis to support operational decision-making.
- Develop and standardise financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate performance visibility.
- Prepare clear and concise commentary on financial results and key business drivers for senior stakeholders.
- Monitor financial performance and proactively communicate risks, variances and corrective actions.
- Support the integrity, accuracy and governance of financial data and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational performance initiatives.
Profile
- Strong experience in a Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst, Finance Business Partner or Management Accountant role.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Experience supporting operational, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing or distribution environments will be highly regarded.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic workplace with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
