HEAVY VEHICLE MECHANICS – 2 ROLES AVAILABLE

RPR Trades is looking for 2 experienced Heavy Vehicle Mechanics for an exciting chance in Marcoola.

If you know your way around buses, engines, transmissions, brake and suspension work, and want a role with strong hourly rates and long-term opportunity, this one is worth your attention.

What’s on offer:

- $52 per hour
- 2 positions available
- Ongoing work
- Exposure to battery / electric vehicles
- Work across leading bus brands including CAT, Cummins, Volvo, MAN, Mercedes and Hino

The role includes:

- General maintenance and vehicle servicing
- Component repairs
- Brake and suspension work
- Engine and transmission changeovers
- Small electrical work
- Interior body work
- Preparing vehicles for inspection

What we’re looking for:

- Heavy Vehicle Mechanical experience
- Strong fault-finding and repair capability
- Experience with scan tools, including Allison or ZF transmissions, highly regarded
- Own basic hand tools required
- MR licence preferred
