Job Description

Divya Agriculture Management Pty Ltd ATF M H Patel Family Trust Divya Agriculture Management Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated and reliable Nursery Person to support daily plant production and nursery operations. This role involves hands‑on work in propagating, cultivating, and maintaining plants in a commercial agricultural setting. The successful candidate will contribute to ensuring high‑quality plant growth while maintaining efficiency, safety, and sustainability standards.

Task & responsibilities

- Preparing soil mixes, pots, trays, and planting containers
- Propagating plants through seeds, cuttings, grafting, and division
- Planting, watering, fertilising, and general crop maintenance
- Monitoring plant health and identifying pests, diseases, and deficiencies
- Applying pest and weed control treatments as directed
- Operating basic nursery tools, machinery, and irrigation systems
- Maintaining nursery hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Grading, sorting,



packing, and preparing plants for dispatch
- Assisting with stock control and record keeping
- Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times

Qualification & experience

- AQF Certificate II or III in Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a nursery or agricultural environment
- Basic knowledge of plant care, propagation, and soil management
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Robust attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Team‑oriented with a reliable work ethic
