The Role

We are looking for a Sales Representative to manage existing key accounts and drive business development across both foodservice and retail customers. This is not an order-taking role — it’s about building new relationships, growing existing ones, and increasing our share of spend within your territory.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and managing an existing portfolio of clients across foodservice and retail (hospitality, grocery,



convenience, and more)
- Retaining and growing existing accounts
- Prospecting and winning new business
- Building strong customer relationships at all levels
- Resolving customer issues with a solutions-focused approach
- Working autonomously to achieve sales targets

About You

You are either:

- A sales skilled with proven experience in wholesale, FMCG, or related industries, or
- A senior, highly experienced chef who has been responsible for procurement and supplier relationships, and is ready to step to “the other side of the fence.”

In either case, you thrive in a customer-facing role and bring energy, initiative, and resilience.

- Sales or procurement experience in foodservice, retail or FMCG
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- A problem-solving mindset and commercial acumen
