Mind Australia in Cairns is seeking a compassionate Peer Practitioner for a fixed-term, part-time role (28 hours/week) until 30 June 2027. You will deliver recovery‑oriented support drawing on your lived experience to help clients achieve wellbeing goals and strengthen daily living skills.

You will work within the Crisis Support Space to provide non-clinical, recovery-focused support, group programs, and referrals, fostering hope and connection in a welcoming setting.
