We are currently seeking a Riggers to join our maintenance team supporting ongoing industrial maintenance works across sites in the Gladstone region.
This role is ideal for a safety-focused and reliable individual with strong experience in lifting operations, and maintenance environments. We are specifically seeking Gladstone-based personnel to support our local workforce and client commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform rigging and lifting activities safely and efficiently.
- Plan and execute lifting operations in accordance with site procedures and standards.
- Work collaboratively with crane operators, scaffolders, tradespeople, and supervisors.
- Inspect and maintain rigging equipment to ensure compliance and safety.
- Participate in pre-start meetings, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
- Support maintenance and project-related works across industrial sites.
- Promote and maintain a robust safety culture at all times.
About You
- Current High Risk Work Licence – Rigging (RI, RA or RB)
- Current EWP Licence (WP)
- Construction Industry White Card
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence
- Working at Heights (within 2 years)
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
