Programmed Skilled Workforce arecurrently seeking a reliable machine operator to join a well-established client based in Wacol, QLD. These roles have stable weekly hours and are suitable for someone looking for a long term role, and who wants to learn and grow with the business.

About The Role:
- 4am-230pm, Monday-Friday each week
- Working indoors and outdoors
- Machine operation (dehacker, slurry etc)
- Labouring with cement goods including dry mix bags, tiles and bricks
- Opportunity to be trained on machine operation
- Forklift duties (if licenced)
- Housekeeping and general stores tasks
What we’re looking for:
- Previous heavy factory or warehouse experience
- Positive attitude
- Willing to work outdoors in the yard (sheltered, not weather dependent)
- Open to learning machine operation if not already skilled
- A current HRW Forklift Licence BONUS, not essential
- A strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to confidently pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
- Reliable, hardworking individuals with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
