About the Role
Reporting to the Transport Allocator, you'll be responsible for safely transporting refrigerated freight between depots and changeover locations while ensuring compliance with all company policies, road transport legislation and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Safely complete scheduled linehaul runs between Ormeau and Kempsey.
Operate heavy vehicles in accordance with road transport legislation, Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements and company procedures.
Conduct daily pre-start inspections, temperature checks and vehicle safety checks.
Ensure refrigerated equipment is operating correctly throughout each journey.
Complete all transport documentation accurately and on time.
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of allocated vehicles and equipment.
Report vehicle faults, incidents and maintenance requirements promptly.
Deliver exceptional service while representing Karras Cold Logistics professionally.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A current MC Driver Licence.
A minimum of 2 years' commercial heavy vehicle driving experience.
A strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team workplace.
Reliable work ethic with robust time management skills.
Experience transporting refrigerated or temperature-controlled freight.
Understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations and fatigue management requirements.
