Based on the Gold Coast they build a variety of project types with their core market being in the 2nd and 3rd home project buyer.Building a flexible and innovative product, they are renowned for their attention to detail and quality workmanship.

About the Position

Currently there is an opportunity for a knowledgeable and proven Production Estimator to join their team. You will be responsible for preparing accuratetake offs and bill of quantities to ensure budgets and profits are met.

Skills and Experience





- Minimum 2 years production estimating experience in a volume environment
- Experience on custom build or higher end homes
- Trade qualifications highly regarded however not essential
- Good knowledge of Australian building standards
- Databuild experience
