We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our Brisbane facility in Coopers Plains. This is a hands-on, dynamic role offering the prospect to make a real impact within a growing and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Manage time-sensitive tasks including delivery scheduling and staff rostering
Coordinate container scheduling and inbound logistics
Support both local and international order processing
Manage relationships with local freight providers
Oversee inventory control, including yearly stocktake and regular stock checks
Supervise, train, and onboard warehouse staff
Contribute hands-on to general warehouse duties
About You
Proven experience in a similar warehouse supervisory role
Tyre industry experience (preferred but not essential)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
Forklift licence and driver’s licence (preferred)
