Created by Clint is a design studio specialising in retail & hotel activations, shopping centre experiences, exhibitions, seasonal installations and custom-built environments across Australia.

We’re looking for an experienced Graphic Designer / Production Designer to join our creative team. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on production artwork for fabrication, while also supporting our marketing and creative teams with social media, presentations and website updates.

The role involves preparing production-ready artwork, with the remaining time spent creating marketing content, assisting with client presentations and maintaining our online presence.

You’ll work closely with designers, project managers, and suppliers to ensure every project is delivered accurately and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

Prepare production-ready artwork for large-format print, signage, decals and fabricated elements.

Create vector artwork and cut files for CNC routing, laser cutting and acrylic fabrication.

Set up and check print-ready files, liaising with suppliers, printers, fabricators and clients to ensure accurate production.

Manage artwork revisions, file organisation and version control across multiple projects.

Create and schedule content for Instagram and LinkedIn, selecting and editing imagery for marketing.

Assist with website updates (WordPress)



and the preparation of client presentations and proposals.

Support the creative team with graphic design and other studio projects as required.

Requirements

Advanced Adobe Illustrator (essential), Photoshop and Lightroom skills.

Experience preparing production artwork for large-format print, signage and fabrication.

Strong understanding of vector artwork and print production.

Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills.

Confident working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and liaising with suppliers and clients.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.

Full working rights in Australia for full-time employment.

Highly Regarded

Experience in retail activations, exhibitions, events or experiential design.

Experience working on shopping centre retail environments.

Knowledge of CNC routing, laser cutting and fabrication processes.

Photography or videography skills.
