We are a well-established, family-operated business with a strong reputation and a loyal customer base servicing Moreton, Somerset and the Sunshine Coast regions. We are looking for a reliable, motivated Service Agent who takes pride in their work and enjoys working independently while delivering excellent customer service.

This is an initial casual position, with the chance to transition to a full-time role for the right person.

About the Role

- Service and maintain HSTP (Home Sewage Treatment Plant) systems.
- Work independently throughout the Moreton, Somerset and Sunshine Coast districts.
- Based on our Caboolture depot.
- Day work only.
- Participate in an on-call roster (minimum one weekend per month).

What We’re Looking For

- Current driver’s licence (manual desirable).
- MR truck licence (desirable).
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.




- Strong attention to detail with good decision-making skills.
- Ability to follow procedures and instructions.
- Neat, tidy and professional presentation.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Legible handwriting.
- Basic ability to use smartphone or app-based systems.
- Willingness to participate in the on-call roster.

Requirements

- Current criminal history check.
- Current traffic history check.
- Relevant qualifications or industry experience are advantageous but not essential for the right applicant as on the job training is provided.
