Bakers Delight Berowra is seeking an experienced and motivated Baker to join our

team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within one of Australia's most recognised

bakery brands, producing high-quality artisan breads and bakery products while maintaining

Bakers Delight's exceptional standards of quality, food safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, mix, knead, ferment and bake a variety of breads and bakery products.
- Measure and prepare ingredients in accordance with production recipes.
- Monitor dough quality throughout the production process.
- Operate commercial bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all products meet Bakers Delight quality standards.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and minimise product waste.
- Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet daily production requirements.
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining bakery equipment and work areas.

Requirements

Applicants should demonstrate:

- Minimum one (1)



year of relevant full-time experience as a Baker.
- Relevant baking qualification (Certificate III in Baking or equivalent) is highlyregarded.
- Experience working in a commercial bakery environment.
- Strong knowledge of bread production techniques.
- Ability to work early morning shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
