As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and driven Training Coordinator to help shape the future of our people. Your Role

This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for coordinating, developing, and delivering training across our venues. Working closely with the executive team, venue leaders, chefs and department managers, you'll ensure our people have the knowledge, confidence and skills to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding the St Albans standard.

Your Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging onboarding and induction experiences that set our new team members up for success.

Inspire and develop our teams by delivering practical, hands-on training across service standards, operations and hospitality excellence.

Partner with venue leaders to build capability, identify development opportunities and support high-performing teams.

Create engaging learning resources and training programs that are practical, relevant, and aligned with our brand standards.

Coach, mentor and support team members and emerging leaders to build confidence and encourage career growth.

Drive a culture of continuous learning, development, and operational excellence across all venues.

Evaluate training initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement,



and help shape the future of learning across the business.

Build robust relationships across our venues, working collaboratively with leaders to deliver a consistent and exceptional guest experience.

About You

You're passionate about hospitality and love helping people grow. You enjoy working alongside teams, building capability, and creating engaging learning experiences that make a genuine impact.

You'll also bring:

Experience delivering training, coaching or developing teams within a hospitality environment.

A passion for creating exceptional guest experiences through people's development.

Confidence facilitating training sessions and engaging groups of all experience levels.

Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a busy, multi-site operation.

A proactive, positive approach and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.

The ability to build strong relationships with venue leaders and support teams across the business.

A continuous improvement mindset and a desire to contribute to the ongoing success of our people and venues.

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (highly regarded but not essential).
