Cygnet West in Perth's CBD is seeking a hands-on Building and Maintenance Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a premium residential apartment complex. You will work with the Senior Facilities Manager to maintain high standards and ensure residents receive exceptional service.
You will oversee contractor coordination, inspections, and preventative maintenance, with after-hours roster coverage for emergencies. A trade qualification and 2+ years' maintenance experience are ideal.
