We're looking for two exceptional Guest Experience Coordinators to join our team full time - one based at BIG4 Caloundra Waterfront and one at BIG4 Maroochy River.

About the Role

As the face of the park, you'll be one of the first people our guests meet and one of the biggest influences on their holiday experience.

You’ll help guests book their stay, welcome them on arrival, solve problems with confidence and care, recommend local experiences and ensure every interaction leaves a lasting impression.

No two days are the same. One minute you'll be helping a family plan the perfect holiday, the next you'll be organising activities, assisting with guest enquiries or working alongside the wider team to ensure the park is operating seamlessly.

What You'll Be Doing

- Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and via email.
- Manage reservations, bookings, payments and guest arrivals and departures.
- Respond promptly to enquiries with a strong focus on converting enquiries into bookings.
- Recommend accommodation, activities and local experiences that enhance each guest's stay.




- Support the planning and delivery of onsite activities and events.
- Complete reception administration, banking and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Work closely with all departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience from start to finish.
- Help maintain the welcoming, professional and fun culture our parks are known for.

About You

We're far more interested in attitude than experience.

You'll ideally bring:

- A genuine passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences.
- Outstanding communication skills and a warm, professional manner.
- Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to think on your feet and solve problems calmly.
- Solid computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience in tourism, holiday parks, hotels or hospitality (preferred but not essential).
- Experience using NewBook (highly regarded).
