Our client, a leading global organisation based in Warwick Farm, is seeking a Warranty Claims Officer to join their busy customer service team.

This role will see you manage a high volume of warranty and service enquiries while supporting customers throughout the claims process. You will work rotating shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Your duties will include:

- Managing high volume inbound calls regarding warranty and service enquiries
- Responding to customers via phone, email and web channels
- Processing warranty claims and service requests accurately and efficiently
- Reviewing claim information and ensuring all required details are provided
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate claims information
- Handling customer complaints and difficult interactions professionally
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve warranty enquiries
- Working towards KPIs including customer satisfaction and first call resolution




- Completing general administration and data entry as required

The successful candidate:

- Has previous experience in warranty claims, call centre or high volume customer service
- Has a customer service or hospitality background, which will be highly regarded
- Has strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Can confidently manage complaints and challenging customer interactions
- Has excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Can work under pressure while remaining calm and professional
- Is confident, friendly, switched on and genuinely passionate about customer service
- Is available to work rotating shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
