We’re looking for a passionate and driven Part-Time Assistant Manager to help shape the future of Nude Lucy in Fortitude Valley!

About the Role:

As theAssistant Store Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to cultivate an elevated customer experience, drive strong commercial results, and support a high-performing team who live and breathe the brand. You'll step up as a leader, take ownership of daily operations, and help build a beautiful space where customers love to shop and your team loves to work.

Skills & Experience:

- Previous retail leadership experience (as a Supervisor, 2IC or similar)
- A strong affinity for minimalist style and the Nude Lucy aesthetic
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for creating elevated in-store experiences
- Leadership qualities – you’re a motivator, team player, and positive role model
- High attention to detail and visual merchandising skills




- Experience supporting daily operations, reporting and performance targets
- Strong communication and organisational skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Store Manager in leading and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service and store presentation
- Help coach and develop team members to achieve individual and store KPIs
- Assist in managing daily operations including rostering, stock management, and reporting
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
- Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive working environment
- Step up and lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager
