Australian Department of Employment and Workplace Relations – Bondi NSW is seeking an APS6 Workforce Planning Manager to lead scheduling, forecasting and optimisation across frontline Contact Centres.

Reporting to the Workforce Management Assistant Director, you will oversee a team of Workforce Schedulers, provide strategic workforce guidance, monitor performance data and build stakeholder relationships to improve service delivery in a dynamic public sector setting.
