About COMO Therapy
COMO Therapy is a mobile paediatric therapy service supporting children and adolescents across Canberra.
We provide practical, evidence-based therapy that helps children participate more confidently at home, school and in the community. Every therapy program is tailored to each child's goals and designed to achieve meaningful, real-world outcomes.
As a smaller paediatric clinic, we intentionally keep caseloads manageable so our clinicians have the time to deliver high-quality, individualised care rather than rushing from appointment to appointment.
The Role
You'll work with children with a wide range of developmental, neurological, musculoskeletal and physical needs, helping them build the skills and confidence to participate more fully in everyday life.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering mobile therapy services across homes, schools, daycares and community settings
- Assessing movement, strength, mobility and functional participation
- Developing individualised therapy and exercise programs tailored to each child's goals
- Helping children improve strength, coordination, mobility, endurance and participation in everyday activities
- Working collaboratively with families, educators and other allied health professionals
- Providing clinical direction and support for Allied Health Assistant-delivered programs
- Completing clinical documentation, progress notes and NDIS reports
