About the role

Join a passionate multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving the mental health, wellbeing and future outcomes of young people across the Barwon region. As the Senior Clinician, Youth Community Care Services (CCS), you will provide advanced clinical leadership while delivering evidence‑based assessment, treatment and care coordination to young people aged 18–25 years experiencing complex mental health presentations, including co‑occurring alcohol and other drug use and homelessness.

Working collaboratively with the Youth CCS leadership team, you will provide high‑quality clinical and line management supervision, support day‑to‑day operational management, and contribute to service development initiatives that enhance care, strengthen the workforce and improve outcomes for young people and their families.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the operational leadership, continuous improvement and service development of Youth Community Care Services, ensuring safe, effective and person‑centred care.

You are an experienced mental health clinician who is passionate about supporting young people and developing high‑performing clinical teams. You bring strong leadership capability,



advanced clinical expertise and a cooperative approach to achieving exceptional outcomes in a dynamic community setting.

You will also demonstrate:

- Highly developed clinical mental health knowledge and decision‑making skills.
- Drive, initiative and enthusiasm for service improvement and innovation.
