JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join an expanding community team providing in-home therapy for adults aged 65+. Working across Melbourne's North, West, and North-East, you'll deliver functional assessments, strength and mobility programs, falls prevention, pain management and ongoing support to clients living independently.
You’ll be supported by a large multidisciplinary team-physiotherapists, occupational therapists, care coordinators and admin staff-allowing you to focus on meaningful client care rather than paperwork. This role is ideal for someone who values autonomy, and enjoys a supportive and flexible work culture.
- Predominantly home care package Aged Care caseload
- Community-based role with travel around Melbourne's Eastern suburbs
- Opportunity to work with an expanding NDIS client base if interested
- Communication with various stakeholders
- Providing high-quality assessments and therapy
- Report writing and documentation
About the Candidate
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- Opportunities available for experienced and new graduate Physiotherapists
- Full AHPRA registration
- Drivers license and vehicle
- Unrestricted Australian Working RightsSalary between $80,000 - $95,000 + super
- Work within a skilled multidisciplinary team
- Annual PD allowance of $1500
