Claims Quality Assurance & Audit Specialist

Reporting to the Claims Assurance Manager, you'll conduct end-to-end quality reviews across multiple claims portfolios, ensuring claims decisions and customer experiences align with regulatory obligations, internal standards and best practice.

You’ll use data, insights and trend analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, strengthen governance and support continuous improvement initiatives across the Claims function.

This role offers the opportunity to influence how quality is measured, monitored and continuously improved across the organisation.

Are you the Claims Quality Assurance & Audit Specialist we are looking for?

We're looking for an experienced claims professional who enjoys digging beneath the surface to identify trends, improve processes and influence better outcomes. To be successful you'll have:

- Experience within insurance claims, quality assurance, audit or compliance.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capability
- Experience assessing claims against quality, compliance or regulatory frameworks




- Ability to identify trends and translate findings into practical recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational capability
- Confidence engaging with stakeholders across various levels of the business
